We are pleased to introduce Ping An Group's asset management business encompassing diverse entities such as Ping An Securities, Ping An Trust, Ping An Financial Leasing Company and Ping An Asset Management Co., which are all integral parts of our comprehensive financial services ecosystem.

Securities Business

Our securities services are expertly delivered through the capabilities of Ping An Securities and its subsidiaries including Ping An Futures, Ping An Czhi, Ping An Securities HK, and Ping An Pioneer Capital. These entities have transformed to form a smart securities service platform aligning with our integrated finance strategy. Consequently, they achieved a notable year-on-year profit growth by 16.3 in 2022.

Trust Business

Ping An Trust, ranking among China's leading trust companies by financial strength, specializes in industrial investments and trust products, as well as financial services. As of December 31st, 2021, the total assets under management soared 19.7 year-over-year reaching RMB552,006 million, while the investment category expanded a further 51.3 to RMB388,535 million by the of the same period.

Diverse Asset Management Services

In addition to our trust business and securities services, Ping An Financial Leasing Company provides innovative financing solutions focused on the real economy since its establishment in 2013. As of December 31st, 2022, total assets reached RMB258.4 billion.

Ping An Asset Management Co., a significant player among China's leading institutional investors, oversees AUM totaling at RMB4.37 trillion as of December 31st, 2022. This entity offers comprehensive asset management services to overseas banks, insurance companies, corporations and third-party clients such as sovereign funds and other institutions worldwide, ranking within the top 50 global asset managers2.
