Funding Priorities:

• Conservation: Focuses on species conservation initiatives within the northeastern United States.

• Blindness Services and Research: Supports organizations providing blindness-related services and conducting research in the northeast region of the USA.

Guidelines for Eligibility and Contributions:

1. Grant Recipients:

   • Charities must be classified as public charities under section 501c3 of the IRS Code.

2. Grant Size: A yearly grant range from $20,000 to $75,000 is provided. Multi-year requests are considered.

3. Grant Cycle:

   • Proposals due by October 1st.

   • Grants awarded in January.

Project Types and Support Detls:

• Financial and Technical Assistance: Provided for project development and implementation.

• Trustee Relationship: JP Morgan Chase acts as the Trustee.

Application Requirements:

1. Proposal Submission:

   • A maximum three-page document 12 pt font, normal margins outlining:

     a. Organization's primary goals, problems addressed, population served.

     b. Detled description of the project seeking funding including purpose, target beneficiaries, timeline.

     c. Executive director and key staff bios.

2. Budget Documentation:

   • Project budget with multi-year projection if applicable.

   • List of other fund sources contributing to the budget.

3. Financial Information:

   • Current fiscal year's organizational budget projected future budget if avlable.

   • owment information including corpus value, restrictions on use.

4. Supporters List: Current and past donors with amounts provided.

5. Audit Reports: Most recent audited financial statements.

6. Board Members' Information: Includes affiliations and years of service.

Submission Process:

All application materials must be submitted online via the JPMorgan Chase portal.

Grant Processing Reporting:

• Contributions totaled $1,949,100 in 2024.

• Separate allocations for conservation $996,500 and blindness $952,600.
